With over 20 years of experience in clinical laboratory operations and diagnostic services, Irfan Rao has established and led multiple successful laboratory programs across histology, molecular diagnostics, and specialty testing. Gena Anderson is a laboratory quality and compliance consultant with more than 20 years of experience across civilian and military laboratory environments. She specializes in inspection readiness and regulatory compliance with CAP, CLIA, and state agencies. Gena serves as a CAP Inspector and appointed Subject Matter Expert for the American Medical Technologists Examinations, Qualifications, and Standards Committee. Her approach is pragmatic and people-centered: protect patients, support staff, reduce regulatory risk, and build quality systems that last.
